Band Backline, DJ Gear, & Transducer Policies

BAND BACKLINE:
• In-house backline is to be used whenever possible. Prior written approval by production and/or technical staff is required for use of outside gear if a similar item already exists in in-house holdings.
• Empty or inactive backline cases and bags are to be stored under the stage or in the backline closet, space permitting.
• Any and all repair or replacement costs due to damage or misuse of in-house holdings will be paid immediately and in full by user of said gear.
• Tammany Hall is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please protect whatever items you bring in.

DJ GEAR:
• In-house DJ gear is to be used whenever possible. Prior written approval by production and/or technical staff is required for use of outside gear if a similar item already exists in in-house holdings.

Audio & Video Recording Policies

AUDIO RECORDING FROM BOARD FEED:
• recording rig must be battery powered or otherwise capable of stand-alone operation; house does not provide power
• cables terminating in XLR female must be brought by recordist
• recordists must speak with sound engineer and provide input cabling at least 30 minutes prior to performance to be recorded
• recordists and recording gear must be positioned so as to not interfere with the comfort of the audience or the ability of house staff to move and work comfortably
• prior written approval by performer must be provided before any audio recording may take place

IO RECORDING FROM AUDIENCE MICS:
• recording rig must be battery powered or otherwise capable of stand-alone operation; house does not provide power
• recordists and recording gear must be positioned so as to not interfere with the comfort of the audience or the ability of house staff to move and work comfortably
• prior written approval by performer must be provided before any audio recording may take place

VIDEO RECORDING:
